1. Terms of Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
2. State of Return
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.
3. Reason for Return
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect item received
- Incorrect size or colour
- Change of mind (excluding sale/clearance items unless faulty)
4. Process for Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer service within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return
- You will receive return instructions and a return address
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
5. Process of Refund
- Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
